RESOLUTION RE'1?7~'NT~I~ING CASI~ D~FFEl2E1QCE FUND AND CASH
OVERAGE F'UND (Gover.nmerzt Code § 29370 e~ seq, ) ~^
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte
has determined that fvr efficient operation of the Chico Municipal
Court of the County af Butte the necessity kaas axS.sen for the
repleni'skiment'. of a cash difference fund and a cash overage
fund; and
WHEREAS, the Goverrunent Code of the State of California
§§ 29370 et seq provide for the x~~leni,shmenL~ of such fu.nds.
NOW„'THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED by the Board of Supex~visors
o~ the County of Butte, State af Cal.ifornia as follows:
1, Tki.ere xs hereby ~.e~~.eitished a cash di£~erence
fund for the use af the Chico Municigal Court of the Coun~y o~
Butteo
2, There is hereby r.e~~l'ei~ishe~ a cash overage fu.nd tor
the use of t~e Chico Municipal Court of the Co.unty of Butte.
3. The Auditor of the County of Butte is hereby
authorized and directed ta draw a warrant for the sum of $25.00
in favor of ~he Chico Municipal Court of the Coun.ty of Butte,
/~. Any officer or employee o£ the Chico Municipal
Court of ~he County of Butte who receives or disburses money
placed in his custody by the Chico Municipal Court of the County
of B~.tte shall render a written report at the close of each
business day, set~ing forth the exact sum of any cash deficit
or overage in his account for that day. The Judge o~ th.e Ch~.co
Municipal Court of Chico, County of Butte shall immadiate~y'
reimburse a cash deficit reparted to him provided, however, the
reimbursemenfi sha~.l not exceed the amount o~ cash difference fund.
5o The Judge of the Chico Municipal Court of the Coun~y
of Butte immediately upon report to him of a cash overage shall
deposit said overage in cash overage fund,
6, At the end of each fiseal year the Board of
Supervisors of the Count~ af Butte shall transfer any money
in ~he cash overage fund to the County General Fund,
