the provisions of Cha~ter 20 of the Butce County Cade to establish
standards for subdivisions and land divisions; ane1
WHEREAS, The Boa~cl of Supervisors desires to amend cer~ain
standards conta.ined therein per~caini.ng to roads, sewage disposal
and water sup~I.y;
NOW, TriEREFORE, B~ Im RESO~VED by the But~e Counf,y ]3oa~d of
Su~ervisors that part B,:Paragraph. (3)b. Urban.Areas of Article rII
of Resolution No. 72-62 p~rtaining to road standards in l.and divisipns
is hereby aznended to read as fiollows:
(3)B, Url~an A~eas. When a proposed land division
is within an urban area (as shown on Appendix I of this re~olution)
che lima.ts of which, when delinea~ted on a s~reet or road, includes
both sides ot said street or raad, the property on ~hat side ot the
street or road wh.ich ~orms the exteriar boundary of the area for a
depth of.one hundred (1Q0) ieet shall. be deemed to lie within -the
ur3aan area, in which case the following construction standax~ds shall
be applied:
