AESOLUT~ON APPROV.ING AGREEMEN'T AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHAIRMAN OE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO EXECUTE
ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF BUT'TE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED th.at the County of Butte
approves the atta~hed Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement For Creation
of the Aegional Criminal Justice P1.anning Board - Region C, between.
tkxe Galifornia Council on Criminal Justice (CCCJ) and the Cotu~ty
of Butte and hereby authorizes the Chairman of this Board to execute
said .Agreement on behalf of the Covnty ot Butte.
