RESOZ,VED BY '~HE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COtINTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALTFORNTA:
That this Board. find.s and d.etermines that the public
interest and convenience requzre and that this Board hereby
orders -Ehat certair~.places, rights-of-way and public roads
within. and adjacent to Skyway Assessment Dis~rict No. 1 in the
County of Butte be improved by cons~~ucting thereon one or more
of ~he £o1l.owing improvements:
Curbs, gutters, drainage facilities, sanitary
sewer laterals a~ad alI necessary appur~tenances.
Th.at said work and improvements shall be done in the
Colanty of Bz.rtte, to the extent, with the materia~.s, and in the
manner set for-~h in Resolution. No. 74-39 Resolu-~ion of In~enti~on
adop-~ed by this Board on March 12, 1g74, and this Board. hereby
refers to said Resolution of Intention ~or a description o~ said
work and. improvemex~.ts and for the terms and conditions uncler
which said work is to be done and said improvements are ~Eo be
constructed.

is a necessary place or righ-t-of-way ~or construc-~ing said work
and improvements and that this Board hereby orc],ers that each of

said places and rights-of-way not now owned by the County of
Butte be acquired by the County of Butte and tha~ ~he oos~
thereof, including incidental expenses thereof, shall be assessed
as a part of ~he cos~s and expenses of said work and improvements.
