Resolution No. '74-39 Resolution o~ Intention passed and adopted
by said Board o~ Supervisors on March 12, Z974, and pursuan,t to
Resolu~ion No. 74-62 Resolu-~ion Ordering Work passed and adopted
by said Board. of Su~ervisors on April 23 , 1974, re~erence
to said Reso~ution of ~~a,tention and said Resolution Ordering
Work is hereby made ~or a description o~' said work and improve-
ments and -terms and. conditions u~.der which same is to be done.
The Clerk o~' this Board is hereby directed to publish

pub~ished and circulated in the said County of Butte as re-
quired by law.
