RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHADFGES II~F NfAINTATNED MILEAGE

WHEREAS, Section 2121 of ehe Streets & Highways Code prov3.des that in
May of each year County shall submit to the Deparfxnent o~ Transportation, State
of California, any additions or deletions from i.ts mileage of maintained county
roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or deleted; and
WHEREAS, the Deparl'ment of Public Works, State ot California, certi-
fied to the State Controller on A.pril 30, 7.974, that the total mileage of main-~
tained county roads in Butte County was 1456.02 miles; and
WHEREAS, Bu~tie County now finds that the total mileage of maintained
county roads is 1459.49 miles;
I30W, THEREFOR~, BE TT RESOLVED that the mileage of mainCained county
roads certified Apri1 30, Z974, be corrected in accordance with the indications
in color on the accompanying maps marked Exliibit "A" and in accordance with the
additions or cox'rections to the attached tabulation marked Exhibit `1B", both
exhibits being made a part of this resolution, by incorporation herein, and
which said exhibits specify the termini and mileage of each route added or
deleted.
PASSED ~D ADOPTED by the Board at Supervisors of tihe Countq of Butte,
State.of Ca1i£orni.a, this 2lstday of May , 1974, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, Ladd, McKillop and Chaircnan Madigan
