Section 24225~ this Board} sitting as the Butte Coux~.ty Ai~ Pollution
Contro~. Boaxd;:h.as appointed and will appoint members to serve on
the Bu~~e County Air Pollution Con~rol District Hearing Boards and
WHEREAS~ pursuant to California Health and Safety Code,
Section 24227, this Board desires to compensate the members of
the Butte County Air Pol.lution Control District Hearing Board for
their services;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the But~e County Board
of Supervisors~ sitting as the Butte County Air Po1l~ztion Control
District Board, as #'o~.lows:
1. The members af the Butte County Air Pollutian Gontrol
District Hearing Board shall be compensated in the amount of $20
(twenty do?.lars) for each meeting attended; and
2. The members of the Butte Coun.ty Air Pollution Control
Dis~rict Hearing Board shal.l be reimbursed for their travel
expenses between thexr res~.dences and the place of hearing at the
rate es~ablished by the County Travel Resolution.
BE IT FURTHr,R RESOLVED that ~h.is Aesolution shall super-
cede that Resolution entitled "Resolution No. 73-174 Resoluta.on
Estab~.ishing the Compensation for Members of ~he Butte County Aa.r
Pollution Control. District Hearing Board" ~eretofore adopted o~.
the 1E~h day of October~ ~g73.
