WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board under
Government Code Sections 50430 et se~., this Board wishes to declare
its intention to abandon a public highway as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives noti.ce that at i~es regu].ar
meeting on _~u~.v 23 , 197/~, at 2:00 P.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held
on the abandonment o~ the following described public highway.
360 ft. of 0leander Ave. from the North ed.ge of lOth Ave.
to the South ed.ge vf llth Ave.
Provided. that:
1. Gates are constructed at each end by the applicant
(construction to be approved by Public Works Depar~men~).
2. Public utility easements to be retaa.ned pursuan~ to Califnrnia
Streets and Highways Code, Section 959.1.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant to
the provisions o~ Government Code Sec~ions 504~0 and. 5044J..
