HomeMy WebLinkAbout74-090BE TT RESOLVED pursuant to the Sutte County Code Section 2~.-54, that Ru1e 7.5 of the Rules of the Assessment Appeals Board for Butte County is hereby repealed. BE IT FURT~IER RESOLVED that Ru1e 12 of fihe Rules of the Assessment Appeals Board for Butte Covnty is amended to read as follows: 12. Proceedings Recorded. A11 proceed~r~gs of the Assess- eG«'trrfl .s'«< ccy ment Appeals Board shall be~recorded unless the applicant requests a stenographic reporter. The stenographic reporter sha11 be at the expense of the applicant. Tf the applicant dasires the clerk to arrange for a reporter, the request sha11 be submitted to the clerk in writing at least five (5) days be£ore the hearing and $55.04 shall be deposited wa.th. ~he County Clerk also five (5) days prior to the hearin,g. zf tran.script is requested by the app7.icant, the applicant shall pay for an original and one copy, and the original ~ and one copy shall be filed with the County Clerk. Any person may purchase a transcrfpt of the proceedings upon payment of the cost thereof. Any request for a transcript of the procedure must be made within sixty (60) days following the date of the final determination c€ the Board. The Assessor or the County may request a reparter at the cos~ of the County.
