RESOLUTION ADOPT'ING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR TgiE FISCAL YEAR 1974-75
(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTTON 29,000 ET. SEQ.)
SE ]Ti RE30LVEA by the BOARD OF SUPERVISOitS o~ the COUNTX OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the tabulation of anticipated xevenues and proposed expendikures
£or the ~iscal year 1974-75 has been reviewed and revised under the dfrection o£
this Board, and now conforms to its judgmectk xs a proper preliminary financial pro-
gram for said fiscal year and is hereby adopted as the "Proposed Budget of the
County of Butte £or the k'iscal Year 1974-75."
2. The "Proposed Budget" shall be reproduced and a sutficient number of
budget doce~ments shail be provided so that each taxpayer who desires may obtain one,
and a copy shall immediakely be £orwarded to the State Controller by the Auditor.
3. The Cierk of the Boaxd shall forthwith publfsh a notfce once in a
newspaper of general circulation stating that:

(b) That this Board oE 5upervisors will meet at 9:30 a.ro. on ~Ysesday, the
30th day of .7uiy, 1974, in the Board of Supervisors room fn Che CoanCy Administration
Bui7.ding on Auntoon Street, in the City of Oroville, County of Butte, SCate of
California, for the purpose of fixing the final budget and any taxpayer may appear
thereat and be heard regarding the increase, decrease or omission of any iCems of
the Budget or for the inciusion of additional items, aIl in accordance with Section
29,066 of the Governmen[ Code of the State of Califnrnia.
