The boundaries of the proposed City of Paradise are
described in Exhibit "A", attached to this I~otice and incorporated
in it by this reference.
At ~he hearin,g the Board will hear and conszder
vrritten protests from owners of land within t~ie boundaries,
taritten requests for exclusion from the proposed city, and
testimany concerning the size, shape and establishment of the
boundarzas of the proposed city.
