AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NOS. X75
AND 522 OF SAID COUNTY
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, and®r
and pursuant to Ordinance No, X75 of said County, as amended by Ordinance No. 5229
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte,
State of California9 shall be and is hereby zoned as a "C-2" (General Commercial)
District as hereinafter desoribsd and sub~eot to all of the restricted uses
applioable to the uses of a "C-211 Distriot9 said area so zoned being lo~a$ed in
the uninoorporated aa°sa of But$® County, northeast of the City of Chioo, partiou-
larly desoribsd as followsa
of the Burson Tract
1.1 Lots 9, 10, 119 12, 13 and a portion of Lot 1~Y,/fwest of the proposed
Hwy 99E Freeway, as shown on those certain maps or plats thereof on
file and of record in the offices of the County Rsoorder.and the
Planning Commission of Butte County, State of California.
1.2 Lots,l9 20 3r ~9 50 6a 7fl 8, 99 10 and Lot 27 of the Connor°s Subdiv3.sion9

plumbing shops, welding shops and other uses of a similar character.
b. Manufacture of olothing9 handicraft products, printing9 lithograph-
ing and other light manufacturing or industrial uses of a similar characeter.
