HomeMy WebLinkAbout74-101RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COUNTY S'~RVICE ARE:9 TO BE ENTITLED "COUNFY SIItVIGE :~.12EA N0. 51" (Government Code Sections 25210.1 et seq) WHEi2EAS, heretofore, on the 23.st day ot Mav , 1.974, the Board of ~ta.pervisors of the ~ounty of Butte, 5tate of Cal.ifornia, adopted and passed a Resolution of Notice Of Intention to Establish a County Sarvice Area to be Entltled "COUNTY ~ERVICE A1tEA N0. 51", and 7~7HEREA~, said Resolution fi~ed the 9th day of ~~,lq , 1.974, at 2:00 ~.m., of said day, in the Board of ~u.per~risors Room of the Sutte County .Ac3ministration Buildi.ng, in the ~City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and place for the p~a.blic hearing on the establi:shment of sai d area; and WHEREAS, said board, at said time and place, proceeded to hear a~guments both for and againsfi the establishment of said area; and WHEREAS, no written protests against ~the establ.ishment th ereo~ were filed in accordance with ~ection 25210.17 of the Government Codeo ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors , of the Cotuzty of Butte, State of Californ.ia, as follows: ', 1. That said Board hereby finds and determines that proceedfn.gs h.erein were conducted pursuan.t to Saction 25210.1 et seg. of the Government Code, and that publica~ion and notices were given pv.rsuan.t thereto, and that said Board finds and determines that the ' e.~t~ent to which the services described in the Resolution of Intention are extended county servi,ces; 2.
