PORTION OF ORD FERRY ROAD -.
WHEREAS, a portion of Ord Ferry Road is no longer necessary or ~uired
for road purposes; and
WHEREA.S, pursuant to the S~reet and Highways Code, Section 960.1~
the Board finds that a portion of Ord Ferry Road should be sum~nari7.y vacated,
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT EtESOT,VEll by the Boaxd of Supervisors of Che
County of BuCCe, State of Galifornia, as £ollows:
The £o17.owing-described portion o£ Ord Ferry Road is hereby summariZy
vaca~ed and abandoned pursuant to Stxeets and Highways Code Sec~ion 960.7:
$eing a por~.ion of I~ot 1 and Lot 2 as said lots axe shown on that certain map
entitled "Hansen Subdivision~" which map was recoxded in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Butte~ on February 5, 1915~ 9.n Book 8 of Mapsa aC
page 26a more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the wesCer7.y common corner of said Lots 1 and 2 of the
saa.d kIansen Subdivision; thence S 89°29`O1"E, along the dividing line between
said lots 1 and 2~ a distance of 30.01 feet to the Txue Po9.nt of Beginning;
thence S 2°00'S9"W along tE~ existing easterly right of way line of the old
Ord Ferry Road (formerly known as Chico-Butte City Road}, 206.63 feet; thence
southwesterly on Che arc of a non-tangent 1160.00 foot radius curve, concave
to the northwes~ (radial lane to said curve at th~.s point bears S 54°47'42"~)
through a central angle of 5°04'37" for 7.02,79 feet to the westerly right of
way line of said old Ord ~'erry Road; tE~ence non-tangent N 2°00'S9"E along said
Iwesterly righ~ of wap 1ine, 426.76 feet; thence N 51°25~59"E along the north-
westerly right of way line of the said o1d Ord Ferry Road~ 710.52 feeti; Chence
southwesteriy on the arc of a non-tangent 7.240.00 foot radius curve, concave to
the southeas~, ~radial line to said curve at this point bears N 46°23'02"W),
through a central angle of 11°44'7.7" £ox 254.Q4 feet to the souCheasterly
right of way line o£ fhe old Ord Ferry Road; thence non-tangenC 5 51°25'59"W,
