PUBLIC UTILZTY EASEMENT __

WHEREAS, ~his Board has received a reqv.est from William E.
and E~relyn I... Scott to allow ~he abandonment of public utila.ty
easement as described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code ~ections 50430, et s~., this Board wishes to
declare its intent'ion to abandon sai d public utility easement as
described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
I. That this Board hereby gives noti.ce that at its regular
meeting on ~eptember 24, 3.974, at 2:00 pom., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Administration Building, Droville, a hearing sha11 be
held on. the abandonment of the following described easement:
The northerly 20 ft. o£ Lot 166 of "Paradise Pxnes
~ubdivision, Unit No. 2" per map recorded xn. Map Book
35 on Pages 71 through 74, in the dffice of the Butte County
Recorder.
2. That this Resolution be posted and pu.blished pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code Sections 50440 and 50441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of 'Supe rvisors
this 13th day of August, I974, by the following vote:
