That for the purposes af this resolutian fihe definitions set out in Health and Safety Code §].8200 through 18220 are incorporated herein as if set forth in fu11, and for ~rhe convenience of the mebers ot the p~.blic who are reviewing this resolu~a.on axe attached hereto as ~~ibit 'rAfs. 2. Any person desiring to establish or en7.arge a mobile home park, recreational vehicle park or t~a~el trailer park s~iall obtain a canditional use permit fxom the Butte County Plannin.g Commission, pursuan.t to Ordinance 475, as amendedo A mobile hame park will be deemed to be expanded with the construction ot addifiional buildings or lots or other ins~allations within the park. Applicetions far a permit to constru.ct or reconstruct a mobile home park sha1.1 be accompanied by: a. A comprehensive site plan of the proposed construc~ion ar modificationo b, A description of the domestic water supply, f ire hydrant ~.ocatio.n, ground drainage an.d ~he method of sewage disposalo require?nents: Ao Area Requirement: Mobile home parks sha11 be developed on a parcel of not less than ~ive (5) acres, with no more than ten (10} units (mobile ho.m.e lo~ts) per acre. Bo Minimum Side Yard and Rear Ya'rd: Seven (7) feet for the perimeter of the mobile hom.e p~•rko Co Minimum Setback Requirements Front Yard: Shall be fitty (50) feet ~rom the centerline of the access road, to th.e park and/or pub3.ic or private roads adjacent to the park except where ~he road is classi~ied by the County as a Federa~. Aid Secoridary Road and the minimt~m building setback requirement shall be ~'iftq-five (55) feet from the centerl~.ne o£ the road. "Campi.ng party1° is a person or grov.p of not more than 10 persons occupying a campsite or 3.ot for not more than 30 days an.nually. §18203.5."Campsite" is an area with an incidental camping area occupied by a camping party. §18204. "Commission" is the Commission of Housi,ng and Community Development. §18205. "Conditiona7. permit" is a construction, recons~ruction, or operaCion permit issued by the enforcement agency which may prescribe conditions on the use or occupancy of a : mobilehome park, §182d6. "Department" is the Degartrnent of Housing and Coinmunity Development. §182070 't~orcement agency't is the Department of Housing and Co~ununity Development, or any city, cotznty, or city an.d county which has assumed responsibility for the enforcement of this part pursuant to Section 7.8300, §182080 "IncidentaJ. camping area" is an area or tract of land where camping ~s incidental to the primary use of the land for agriculture, ta.mber management, ar water or power developmer~e purposes, and where ane or more campsites used for camping are rented or leased or held out for rent or lease. The density of usage sha11 not exceed 25 camping parties wi.thin a radius of 265 feet from any campsite within ~he incideneal camping area. §18209. "Lease" is an aral or written contract for ehe use, possession, and occupation of property. It includes rent. §1821.0. "Lot" is any area or tract of 1a,nd or portion of a mobilehome park, travel trailer park, recreational trailer park, temporary trailex park, or tent camp designated or used for the occupancy of one mobilehome, ~ravel trailer, camp car, or camping party. §18211. "Mobilehome'~ i.s a vehicle designed anc~ equipped for human habitation, and for being draw.ri by a motor vehicle. §18212. (a) A dependent mobilehome is o.r~.e not equipped with.a toilet for sewage disgosala (b) An independent mobilehome is one equipped with a toile~ tor sewage disposa~o (c) A self-contained mobilehome is one equigped with a to~let, water storage tanl.c for potable wa~er, and sewage holding tank. §18213a `~Mobilehome accessory bui].di.ng or structure`" is any awning, portable, demountable or permanent cabana, ramada, starage cabinet, carport, fence, windbrealc or porch established for the use of the occupant of the mobilehome, §1821.4,..,"Mobi7.ehome park" is any area or tract of land where one or more mobilehome lots are rented or 1.eased or held out for rent or lease to accommadate mobzlehomes used for human habita~ion. The rental paid for any such mobilehome shall be deemed to include renta~ for the 1ot it occupies. §18215, "Recrearfonal trailer park'~ is any area or tract of land, within an area zoned for ~ecrea~ional use, where one or more 3.o~s are rented or ~.eased or he~.d out for rent, or lease to owners or users of rec~eational vehicles or tents and which zs occupied for temporary purposes. §18215.5."Recreational vehic].e" is a camp car, motorhame, travel tra7.er or ten~ krailer, with or without motive power, designed fnr human habi~ation for recreational or emergency occupancy; with a living area less than 220 sq~are feet, excluding bu~.1,t-in equipment such as wardrobes, closets, cabinets, kitchen uni~s or fixtures, bath and toilet rooms~ §1:8216, "Rent" is money or other co,nsideration given for the ~ight of u.se, possession, and occupation of property. ~18217. 'rTemporary trailer park'~ is any area or tract of land where one or more lots are rented or leased or held out ~or ren.t or lease to owners or users of recreational vehicles and which is established for one operation not to exceed 11 consecutive days, and zs then removed, §18218. "Travel trailer1Q is a veh¢;cle other than a mo~ror vehicle, which is designed or used for human habi~ation and which may be moved,..upon a public highway wi~hou~ a special permit or chauffeur's license or boCh, without v~.olating any provision of the Vehicle Code. §18220. •'~Travel trailer park'° is any area or tract of J.and or a separate designated section within a mobilehome pa~k when one or more lots are rented or leased or held ou.t for rent or lease to owners or users of recreational vetncles used for travel or recreational purposes. 20
