Pursuant to notices of intention to sell at sealed bid sale cextaa.a
tax deeded properties and request for approval thereof filed with this
Board of Supervisors by the Tax Collector of Butte County,
is resolved that approval be and it is hereby granted €or said sales as set
forth in the said notices and [he said Tax Collector is hereby directed to sell
the properties as provided by law for a sum not less than the minimum price
see forCh in this resolution.
The parcels of properties that are the subject of this resolution
were deeded to the State of Ca3.ifornia for delinquent taxes and are situated
in the County of Butte, State of California, being more particularly described
