FOR FISCAL YEAR 1974-1975
WHEREAS, the Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte~ State of
California has her~tofore set the time and place for hearing and fixing the
final budget as on the 30th day of July, 1974, in the Board of Supervisors
room in the Butte County Courthouse, Oroville, California; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was continued from day to day and concluded
on the date hereof; and
WI~EREAS, such increases ox additions that were proposed in writing
and filed wi~h said Board before the close of said budget hearings were con-
sidered by said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED BY THE ~JARB OF SUPERVISORS of the
County o£ Butte, State of Cali£ornia, that ~he appropriations now contained
in the proposed budget as revised by ~he Board at the public hearings, and
recorded in the minutes thereof, are hereby declared adopted and the various
object appropriations therein specified are as follows:
A. Appro~riations for Expenditures:

4. Fixed Assets:

b. Structures & improvements are as
specifically set forth in the budget
as finally determined by the Board

THAT said aforementioned appropria~ions hereby are finally deter--
mined and adopted and ordered filed in the office of said Board. The fore-
going resolution was introduced by Supervisor McKa.llop , who moved i~s
adoption, seconded by Supervisor Cameron , and said Resoiution was
passed this 20th day of August , 1974 on roll cail by the following votes:
AYES: Sugervisors Cameron, Ladd, McKillop and Chairman Madigan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Gilman
