GULATTON~ FOR MOBILE HOME I'ARKS
~REAS, th.is Board wishes to amend the provisions of
paragragh 3 A of Resolution 74-109.
NOW, 'I`~REFORE, SE IT RESOLVED as follows :,
Paragraph. 3A o~ Reso~ution 74-109 is hereby amended to read
as foliows:
,A. ?,rea Requirement: Mobile home parks shall. be
developed o,n a parce~ of not less than 5 acres, with no more than 10
units (mobi].e home lots) per acre, provided, however, that a variance
~o this reqv.irement may be granted utilizing the same procedure and
the same conditions as provided for variances to zon~.ng ordinanCes,
