Board of Supervisors in any county in which the public administrato~
re~eives a saJ.ary in J.i~u nf fees to establish a revolving ~v.nd to be
used by the public administx~ato~: in payirg cc~rtain fees, e<;.penses,
and charges inCUrred by him;
WIiEREAS, the Public Administrator of Butte Covnty receives a
salary in lieu of fees; and
WHEREAS, it is sometimes n.ecessary to make these expenditures
before the assets of the estates are available,
NdW, THEREFpRE, $~ IT RESOLVED TH1~T the Auditor-Controller of
the County of Butte is hereby au~horized, ordered and da.rected, to
establish by transfer from the General Fund, a revolving fund in the
amount of $500.00 to be used by the Public Administrator in paying
the fees, expanses, and charges incurred by him: (a) in securing the
possession or px~o~ecting the assets of any estate, or (b) for the
purpose o~ securing letters of administration in any estate in which
the public admz.nistrator has no funds ~or the payment of'such £ees,
charges, or e~tpenses but anticipates securir~ sufficient assets to
reimburse the county for such amounts, or (c) where accounting
convenience would be served by mak.it~g a sin,gle payment on behaif of
several estates and funds are availab~e ~or immediate reimbursement
of the fund by cash transfer; said revolving fund is to be established
according to such procec3ures and in such a tnanner as the Auditor-
Controlle~ deems appropriate. It is un.derstood that when the assets
of these esta~es become avail.able they wi11 be used to reimburse the
revolvix~g fund for disbu~setnents made in their behalf; and, it is
also tu~ders~ood that under California Govertxment Code ~ection 29461
the expenses incur~ed in connectianwith any estate required to be
administered by the Public Administrator in whici~the assets of
