WI~EREAS, the Department of Housing and Community Develop-
ment forwarded to the County of Butte the State of California
Re~ocation Guidel.ines adopted by the Commission of Housing and
Community Development on October ~7, 1973, and
WHEREAS, under legislative mandate sa~.d guidelines must
be adopted (with/without amendments) by 1oca1 jurisdic~ions by
March 7, 1974, under the provisions of the State Relocation
As~ stance Zaw, Ctiapter 16, entitlad "Relocation Ass3.stan.ce"
(commencing with Section 7260) of Division 7 of Ta.tle 1 of the
C~Q.~`~"
Government Code of the ~tate ot California.
NOW, TIi~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that ~he Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of Ca].ifornia, hereby adopts
the State of California Relocation Guidelines dated October 17,
1973, for and on behalf of the County of Butte.
