BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County o£ Sutte,
5tate of Califozni.a, as fo~lows:
1. That sai.d Board hereby approves thae certain indenture made the
27th day of August , 197/~, by and between 501~THERN PACIFIC
COMPANY and COiTA1TY OF BUTZ'~, covering the installation of storm drai.n ~ac~Iities
at SP mileposts CH I.97.08 and CH 197.80, Paradise.
2. The Chairman of this Board is hereby author9.zed to execute, on
behalf of the County of Eutte, said indenture, and ha.s si.gnatuxe attested to
by the Clerk of this Soard, and acknowledged.
3. That a certified copy of this resolution be attached by the
C~erk of said Board to said indenture and the required copies thereof.
