appl.ication before the Utilities Comtnission of the State of
California by tk~e California Water Service Company (No. 55i15).
W~iEREAS, this Board believes that the requested rate
increases, because of ~heir substantial amount, wi11 create vndue
hardship upon affected citizens of ~he County of Butte.
1~TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board as
folloWs:
1. That ~his Board respectfully protests the rate
increases as proposed by the California Water Service Company in
their petition before the Public Utilities Commission of the State
o£ California, No. 55115, in that said rate increases are
inflationary and will create a severe fincial burden upon the
a£fected citizen.s of Butte Countya
2. That a cer~ified copy of this resolution be sent
to the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California.
