WI3EREA5, this Board has entered into land conservation
agreemeats in ~he past; and
Wi~REAS, it is necessary to establish rules for the
submission of applicationso
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~VED by the Butte County
Board of Supervisors as follows:
1o A11. apg7.ica~ims must be submitted and be filed with
the Agricultural. Commissioner on or before December 25 of each
year in, orde~ that the agreement wi11 become effective duric~g the
following year.
2. Applications sha11 be submitted upon the forms to
be supplied by the Agricultural ~ommissioner, and must be completed
in detail,
3o Applications must be accompanied by preliminary
title reports not more than one year o~d covering the land in
question,
4. A fee of Twenty-five ($25o0Q) Dollars sha~.1 be
submitted with the application, and this fee sha11 not be returned
in the event the application is turned down by the county,
