RE MIDWAY OVERHEAD AT SOUTHERN PACIFTC RAILRO,A.D
SE TT RESOI~VED by the Board of S~iper~isors of the County of Butta,
State of Ca].ifornia, as fo~lows:
1. That said County enter into County-State Cooperative ~,greement
~District ~greement No. 737~ covering engineering design services by State
of Galifornia for Midway grade separation str.ucture at Southern Pacific
Railroad north of Durham and the Chairman of the Board be authorized to
execute said agreement on be€~alf of said County;
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certi~ied copy
of this resolution to said agreemenC.
