RESOLUTTOiJ OF ABANDONMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITX ~ASEMENT
WH~REAS, this Board has received a request from William ~.
and Evelyn L. Scott to allow the abandon.ment of public utility
easement as described below,
WHERE,AS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
undex~ Government ~ode Seetions 50430, et s~., this Board wishes to
abandon said easemexits as described below'.
~TOW, TEiEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by ~this Board:
1. That this Board finds that said easement is wn-
necessary tor present or prospective public use.
2. That said gublic utility easement as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easement is situated in the
County of Bu~te, S:tate o~ California, and described as follows, to
wit:
The noxtherl.y 20 ft, of Lot 166 of ~'Paradise Pines
Subdivision, Unit No. 2" per map recorded in Map Sook 35
on Pages 7~ through 74, in the Office of the Butte
County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOFTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
