fulfill the County's puxpose in this regard, said agresment beir;g

NOW, TIaEREFOI~E, BE I'~ RES`OLVED 'THAT`:
1. Tk~e Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the County o~ Butte.
2. ~he Chairman. of the Board o~ ~.pe rvisors is authorized
to execute all other documents necessary to acquire for the Counfiy
the proper~y being purchased pursuant to the aforesaid agreement.
