RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR C~UNTING OF BALLOTS
AT CENTRAL ~.OCATION
WHEREAS, the Board of Supex•visors of the County of Butte is
designated as the Election Board for the County of Bu.tte; and
WHII2EAS, it is for the best interests of the public tha~ the
ballots cast at any election in the County o~ Butte be counted at
a central location.
NOW; TH~REFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors,
acting as the Election Board of the County o£ Butte, State of California,
that heneeforth the ballots cast at a11 state and county primary
general e~ections shall be co~u~.~ed at Bata Processi,ng, located at
278 TTelson ,Avenue in the City of Oroville, and said place is
designated as the central location where aJ.l ballo~s will be
coun~ed,

Code of the State of Californiaa
