SACRA.MENTO RIVER AND LINDO CI•lANNEZ AREAS :

WHEREAS, Butte County has removed aggregate materials for road work
from gravel bars along Yhe Bidt,rell Park fronCage o~ the SacramenCo River and
from various loca~ions on county property a].ong Lindo Channel for a period in
excess of twenty-five years; and
I WHEREAS, Batte County Resolution ~~73-59 Appendix B, Classl(c) and Class
' 4(f) categorically exempt existing aggregate sites and road construction within
existing rights of way;

removal ~rom gravel bars along the Sacramento River £rontage of Bidraell Park
