RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF ~NTEI~IT~pN TO ABANDON
PUBLIC iTTILITY EASEMEI~TT
WHEREAS, this Board. has received a~equest £xom Alyce M.
and -ouglas W. Taylor to allow the abandonment of public utility
easemen.t as described below, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
uc~der Goverrzment Code Sections 50430, efi seq., this Board wishes to
declare its intention to abandon said public utility easement as
described below:
NOW, THEREF012E, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on Deceinber"10, ' 197.4 at 2:00 p. m. , in the
Board Ch.ambers, Butte County Administxation Buildir.~;, Oroville, a
hearing sha11 be held on the aban~~o.nment o£ the folZowiz~g described
easement.
'I'he northeasterly 6 ft. of Lot 29 of "Firland Acres
Addition No. 1" per map recorded in Map Book 2I on page
28 in tne office of the Butte County Recorder.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code S'ecta.ons 50440 and 504/~7..
