library purposes in ~.he Durham area, and
WHEREAS, it appears that certain property has been found which is
sui~able andavailable on terms and conditions satis~ac~ory to the
Board af Supervisors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the C1erk of this Board be ordered
to publish in accordance with the lata the following notice of in~ention
to purchase real property:
"NOTICE OF INT~ION OF COUNTX TO PURCI~ASE REAL PROPERTY'
"Notice is given that the Board of Supervisors o£ the
Co~u~.ty of Butte intends to purchase real prope~ty as follows:
"Description of propexty
"A11 that certain real property situate in the County o~
Butte, S~ate of California described as foIlows:
"A por~ion of Lot 6 as sl~own on that certain snap entitled
'R. M. Turner's Second Subdivis~.on, Colony Co., Dayton
Township, Bu.tte Coun~ty, Califo~nia', which map was filed for
record a~ the Butte County Recorder's office, March 2, 1891,
in Book B of Maps, at page 10, and more particularly described
as follows:

lies on the westerly right of way line of the Daytan--Durham
Highway;
