its Resolution No. 74~„~2 , RESOLUTTON OF INTEN'I'ION TO ORDER CT~ANGES
IN WORK, and in said resolution dec~.ared its intention to order•
certain. changes in -~he public improvement work for Skyway Assess-
ment Dis~tric-~ No. l, and
W~REAS, this Board in said Resolution No. 7G-152 , act-
ing pursuan-~ to Streets and Highways Code Sec~ion 5236, duly de~ter-
mined -to order the changes descra.bed in. said Resolu~ion No. 74-152 ~
withot~-~ -the necessi-ty of a public hearing on said proposed chan.ges.
NOW TTiEREFORE, RE$OLVFD BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TI~E COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CA.LIFOI~TIA:
That -th.is Board hereby order tha~ ~he publ.a.c improve-
ment woxl~ for Skyway Assessment District No. 1 d.escribed in the
following resolu-~ions of this Board, viz:
Resolution No. 74-39 Resol.u-ta.on of Intention
adopted March 12, 1g74
Resolution No. 74-62 Resolution Ordering Work
adopted April 23, 1974
be changed, and ~hat a1.1.-~he new work described in this Board's
R~so].u-~ion No. 7~-153 is Y~ereby included ir~ the work to be done
for said district.
That this Board herei~y ord.ers the Engineer of Work to
incl.ude -~he costs of the changes and tne incidental expenses
-~hereof in the assessment for tYie public improvemen-~ wo~l~ ~'or

Skyway Assessment District No. l.
That this Board nereby authorizes the CoUn.ty Surveyor-
Director af Public Works to execute with the Contractor, A-C Con-
struction - S-H Engineering, an amendmen~ to the contract that
said Engineer and sa~d A-C Construction - S-H Fngineerxng, as
said Contractor, executed on Ma.y_21,_197_4_ ____, for the
work for Skyway Assessment District No. 1, which amendmen~ shall
bind said contractor to con.struct the work described in said
ResoZu~ion No. 74-152 for the prices that said Contractor
s-~ated in. i~ts Consent ~iled with this Board on ,
1974.
