i2ESOLUTION OF ABANDONI~NT OF PU.BLIC UTILITY EASEMEN'I'
WHER~AS, this Board has received a request from Aly~e M.
and Douglas W. Taylor to a11ow the ~andonment of public utili~y
easement as described below, and
~REAS, pursuant to the authori.ty vested ~.n this Board
un:dex Government Code Sections 50430, et s~., this Board w~shes to
abandon said easements as described belora.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That this Board finds that said easement is un-
necessary for present or prospective pu.blic use.
2. 'T1iat said public utility easement as hereina~ter
described is hereinafter.abandonecl and vacated.
3. That said public utility easement is situated in the
Cotsn.ty of Butte, State of California, and described as follows, to
wit:
The northeasterly 6 ft. of Lot 29 of "Firland Acres
Addit ion No . 1" per map recorded in. Map Boo3.c. 21 0^ Page
28 in the office of the Butte CoLU~ty Recorder.
