MOBILEHOMES
WT~R~AS, Section 18300 0£ the Health and Safety Code requires that "Every
city, county, or city and county, within its jurisdiction shall enforce all of
the provisions of this part and the regulations adopted pursuant therefio, as the
relate to mobilahomes and to mobilehome accessory buildings or structures 7.ocate
outside o£ mobilehome parks".
NOW, TT3E12EF'OTtE, be it resolved that the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of Calif.or.nia, hereby direct the Department of Publ.ic Works to
enforce al.l of the provisions of Part 2.1 of Division 7.3 of the Hea7.th and Safet
, Code and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, as they relate to mobilehomes
I and mobilehame accessory buildings or structures located outside mobilehome
parks.
BE rT FURTHER 3.tESOLVED that the fees for mobilehomes and mobilehome
accessozy buildi.ngs shall be as set forth for buildings in Chaptex.s26, 26A, 27,
and 28 of the Butte County Code and in addition, the following fees shaT.7. be
co~Zected bq tfie Department of Public Works:
I. Electric permit flat rate of $15.00 for zaobi.lehome station,
::2. Plumbing permit flat rate of $10.00 for each gas p9.ping, wate~
piping, and building sewer for a mobi7.ehome station.
3. Mobilehome installation fee of $30.00.
