~' RESOLUTION AMENDING Pi20CEEDINGS RELATING TO MAXIMUM
INTEREST RATE ON BONDS, FIRLAND ACRES ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT. COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WIiEREAS, the Legislature of Califarnia has adopted
urgency legislation providing for an increase in the maxzmum interest
rate on municipal bonds from seven per cent (7~) to eight per cent
(8$) per annum, and said legisl.ation has been signed by the Governor
of the Sta~e of California and is now effective,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors o~ the County of Sutte, State of Cal~ifarnia, as follows;
That all groceedings, reports and resolutions i.n the
Firland Acres Assessment District sha11 be and are hereby amended
to specify a maximum rate of•eigh~ per cent (8g) per annum on
improvement bonds ta be issued.

I HEREBY CERTTFY tha~ the foregoing resoJ.uti.on was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Sugervisors of the County of
Sutte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
30th day of Decemher, i974, by the fiollowing vote, to wit:
