accordance with the prov~.sions a~ ~he S~ree~s and Ha.ghr~rays Code, Code of Ci~rr1

domain, to au~.hori.ze ~he Auditor ta pay from County ~unds the costs and consi.dera

in the prope~ cour~ havzng jur~sd~ct~ion ~hereof, and make such depasits ~rom
County funds for fees and cos~s as a~e necessary ~or such acq~isition.
(c) To make application to said couxt fo~ an order fzx~ng ;~he amo~nt
o~ security in the way of moneys deposzted as said cour~ may direct, a~d for an
o~der pexm~~~ing the Caunty of Burte to take im~ediate possessinn and use of
I said real prop~rty, ar in~e~es~s or improvements in said rea~ property, as a
