AN ORDINANCE AP~NDING BUTTE CCUNTY ORDINANCE N0. 525 AS AMEi~ED BY BUTTE COUNTY
ORDINANCE NO. 699 WHICH SAID ORDINANCE PRUUIDES FOR THE SANITARY DISPOSAL OF
SEWAGE IN THE UITINCORPORATED AREAS OF TBE COUNTY OF BUTTE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

That ~:kci.:: C:;~uty Ordinance Ido. 525 as amended by Butte County Ordinance
No. 699, also being Section 109 of Butte County Ordinance Noo 647, known as
the "County Code," are each hereby amended to~read as follows:
1. That Section 2 entitled "Area of Application" is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Section 2: .Area of Application
This ordinance shall apply to all unincorporated territory within
the County of Butte, State of California; provided, however, that the Health
Officer may waive the permit and inspection requirements contained herein with
respect to buildings constructed on a lot or parcelc7P land under one ownership
which is five or more acres in area and used primarily for. agricultural
purposes, and which building is not closer than five .hundred feet to the
nearest neighboring building, and the Health Officer shall waive the permit
and inspection requirements contained herein, when the provisions of this
ordinance are superseded by any state law or regulation and there is compliance
therewith. (Example - Mobilhome Parks)
2. This ordinance shall be and is hereby declared in full force and
effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this ordinance
shall be published once, with the names of the Board members voting for and
against it, in a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the
Caunty of Butte, State of California.
