AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 749 OF THE COUNTY OF'BDTTE,
KNOWN 9S-THE SALARY ORDINANCE FOR THE FISC„__-„___

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 749 of the County of Butte is hereby amended
as follows:
(a) That Section No. 3, Subsection (B), entitled °For Classes
with Flat Rate Assignments" of said ordinance be amended in relation to the
class entitled "Vocational Nurse Trainee" as follows:
Vocational Nurse Trainee
(1) During the period Sept. 1, 1962 to
Dec. 31, 1962, inclusive X75,00 mo.
(2) January 1, 1963 and thereafter X50.00 mo.
(b) That Section No. 2~, sub-paragraph entitled."Medical.
Records" of said oxdinance be amended to read as follows:

2. This ordina~ee shall take effect thirty (30} days after the
date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting for and
against-the same, once, in a newspaper published in the Gounty of Butte, State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 7th day of August,
1962, by the following vote:
AYES: supervisors Giles, Pryde, Steinegger and Chairman Allc
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Pittman
NOT VOTING: None ,
