bank o~ the Sacramento River near River Mile I.83.3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~LVED by tnis Board as toiio~s:
1. That the Board of ~pervisors of the County of Butte
inalce the £ollo~,ri~g assurances to the Corps of Engineers relative
to the subj ect work:
a. Provide withota.t cost to the United S~ates a11 lands,
easements, a.nd rights-of-way required for construction. an d sub-
sequen.t maintezzance o~ the project, with adherence to Pv.blic Law
9I-64b, as amended.
b. Accomp~.ish without cost to the United States all
utility modifications and relocations required for construction
nf the project.
c. Ho1d and save fihe United ~tates free from damages
due to the constructian of the project.
d. Mazn.tain and operate in,a mannex satisfactory ~eo the
Chief of Engineers all ~ehe constructed works.
e. :Sssume all project costs in excess of the Federal
cost limit ot $250,000.
