WHERELiS, a poztzon of Old Forbestown Road is no longer necessary or
reqaired for road purposes; and
T~iHEREAS, pursuant to the Streets and Higfiways Code, SecCion 960.1 the
Board finds that a portion of Old Forbestown Road should be summarily vacated,
NOW, ~REk'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tihe Board of Supexvisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
TkFe porti.on of Old Forbestown Road as described in the attached Exliibit
"A", is hereby svmmarily vacated and abandoned pursnan.t to Streets and Highways
Code Section 960.7..
