R. Waugh, et al,to allow the abandonment of a public highway
(to wit, an a11.ey) as described below, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code Sections 50430 et se~., this Soard wishes to
declare its intention to abandon a public highway as described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on ~tarch 11 , Z975, at 2:00 ~.m., in the
Board chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, a
hearing shall be held on the abandorunent of the following described
public highway.
Certain a12ey situated in
Block 34 of Subdivision of Thermalito as recorded on Wa11
Maps 4& 6 0~ the Butte County Recorder's Office
2. That this Resolution be posted and p.ublished pursuant
to the provisions of Gavernment Code Sections 50440 and 50441.
