WHEfZEAS, ~he Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte has determined
that for efficient operation of th.e Orov9.J.J.e Justice Court of the County of
Butte the necessity has arisen for the establishment of a cash difference
fund and a casn overage fund; and
WHEREAS, the Government Code of the State of California, Sections 29370
et seq. provide for the establishment of such fun.ds.
NOW, Tf~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF BUPIItVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIF'ORNIA, as follows:
1. There is hereby established a caski difference t'und for the use of
the Orovil7.e Justxce Court of the County of Butte.
2. There is hereby established a cash overage fund for the use of the
Oroville Justice Court of' the County of Buttie.
3. 7.'he Auditor of the Coun~ty of Butte a.s hereby authorized and directed
to draw a warrant for the sum of $25.00 in favor of the Oroville Justice
Court of the County of Butte.
4. Any officer or emgloyee of the Oroville Justice Court of the County~
of Butte who received or disburses money placed in his custody by the Oro-
ville Justice Court of the County of Butte shall render a written report
at the close of each bnsiness dap, setting forth the exact sum of anp cash
deficit or overage ix3.k~i.s accaunt ~or that day. The Judge af the Oroville
Justice Court of Oroville, County of Butte shall iffinediately reimburse a
cash deficit reported to him provided, however, the reimbursement sha].1 not
exceed the amoun.t of cash difference fund.
5. The Judge of the Orovi7.le Justice Court of the Oounty of Butte
immediately upon report to him of a cash overage shall deposit said overage
in cash overage fund.
6. At the ~nd of each fiscal year the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte shall transfer any money in the cash overage fund to the
County General Ftia.nd.
The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor McKilloP
who moved its adopti.on., seconded by Supervisor Cameron ~ and said
Resolution was passed this ~Reh day of _7an~~ar~ , 1975, on roIl
call by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Madigan, McK~,11op, Richtex and Chairman. Ladd
