~or an ,Abandoned Vehic~e Trust Fund and a method o~' disb~xrsement
of funds to Ioca1 agencies that participate in the Abandoned
Vehicle A~atement Program and,
WHFIZEAS, the County of Butte, State of California has
adopted an Ordinance in accordance with the California Vehicle
Code providing for the Abatement of Abaondoned Vehicles, and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte, State of Californza desires
to participate in the Abandoned Veh~:cle Abatement Program and share
in the rnonies zn said Abandoned Veh.cile Trust Fund.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RLSOLVED, that the County of Butte
participate in the Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program from
February l, 1975 until June 3~, 1975,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESQLVED THAT the Director of Fub~ic
Works is hereby authorized to execute the cantract with the
Department of the California Highway Patrol far participation. in
said Abandoned Veha~J.e Program.
