WHEREAS, the Staee o€ California, through its Department of Transportat
has presented an agreement entitled 'FFreeway Maintenance Agreetnent", which
concerns State Highway Route 99, between Route 1~+9 and 0.~+ mile south of the
East Fork of Roberts Creek within the limits of the County of Butte and,
WHER~AS, the Board of Sv.pervisors has heard read said agreement in ful7.
and is familiar with the contents thereof:
THERE~'ORE, be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors o~' the County
of Butte that said maintenance agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and the Chairman is directed to sign the same on behalf of said Board of
Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPT~D bq the Boa~d of Supervisors of the County of Butee,
State o~ Cali~ornia, this ~.1th day of ~'ebruary , 1975, by the
