RESOLUTION FINDING AND DETERMII3TNG THAT THE PUSLTC
C~AIVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE TFI~ CONSTRUCTION
OF IMPROVEyIENTS AND ACQUISITIONS ~N FIRLAND ACRES
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OE' E3UTTE, S'rATE OF
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, a pubiic hearing, for which reasonable notice has
been given by publication, has been held as to the public convenience
and necessS.ty of the improvements and acquisitions in ~'irland Acres
Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California; and
WHEREAS, th.is Board has heard and considered all ~he evi-
dence, both oral and wrztten, relative ~.o the public convenience and
necessity of the construction of the aforesaid improvements;
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE TT RESOLVED that this Board finds and
determines that ~he pub~.ic convenience and necessi~y require the
impravements and acquisitions proposed to be acquired and improved
in k'irland Acres Assessment District, County of Butte, S~ate of Cali-
fornia, and further determines that the "Special Assessment Investi-
gation, La.mitation and Pia}ority Protest F~ct of 1931" shall not apply
to ~hese assessment proceedings; and
BE IT FURTH~R RESOLVED tha~ this project shall proceed in
accordance with the terms and provisions of the Y~funicipal Improvement
Act of 1913.

I AEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors o£ ~the County of
Butte, State of Galifarnia, at a regular meeting thereof, heid on
