WHEREAS, on the 30th day of December, 1974, the Board of
Supervisors o£ the County of Butte, State of California, preliminarily
adopted the Engineer's Report and Engineer's Estimate of Cost, filed
pursuant to the Resolution of Intention, as amended, in Fir~and Acres
Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California; and
'WIi~REA5, since the filing o~ said original Engineer's Report
and Engineer's Estimate of Cost, bids have been received showing a
different constructa.on cost than set forth in said original Engineer's
Report and Engineer's Estimate of Cost;
NOW, THER~FORE, BE I'T RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia., ~ha~ ~he Engineer nf
Work be, and he is hereby directed ~.o file an Amended Engineer's Report
and Amended Estima~e of Cost to conform to tl~e I.ow bid received for
said work and improvementis.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resoluti.on was duly
and regulaxJ.y adopted by the Board of 5upervisors of the County of
Butte, State of Calzfoznia, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 18 day of February, 1975, by ~he following vote, to wit:
