RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN THE WORK TO ,
gE MAUE ~Y THE DzRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE IN FIRLAND ACRES ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLV~D by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, as follows:
The Director of Public Works withont further authorization
of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to order changes in
the work to be done in Fizland Acres Assessment District, County of
Butte, State of California, under the following condztions:
To eorrect clerical and technical errors in the plans;
To modify the design of the project wherever gaod
engineering practice indicaties that the modi£i.cation
should be made;
To adjust the design of the project to utility loca-
tions, soil conditions, and other field conditi.ons
which were unknown or uncertain at the time the plans
we~e prepared.
HOWEVER, the Director of Public Works sha11 not be auth-
orized ~o approve change oxders resulting in the increase in construc-
tion costs aggrega~ing more than the amount of contingencies provided
for in the Amended Engineer's Report hezetofore approved by this
Board of Sup~rvisors.
