RE50LUTION SELLING THE BUTTE
COUNTY SER'VICE ARE1~, 1~0. 26 1974

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors of Butte
County has duly authorized the issuance of the Butte
County Service Area No. 26 1974 Sewer Bands in the
principal amoun~ of $700,000 and further duly
authorized the sale o~ said bonds at public sale
to the highest bidder therefor; and
WHEREAS, notice of the sale of said bonds
has been given and the only bid received for said bonds
was the b~.d of the E3nited States of America, Farmers
Home Administration, offering to purchase said bonds
at par without a premium;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT R~SOZVED AND ORDEREA
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
as follows:
Section 1. Said bid of the United States
of America, Fartners Home A.dministration for said bonds
is hereby accep~ed and tk-e County Clerk of the Count~
of Butte is hereby authorized and dzrected to cause to ~
be l~thographed, printed, engraved or typed bonds of
suitable quality.
Section 2. This resolution sha~~ take
effect from and after its adop~ion.
