WHEREAS, this Soard of Supervisozs of Butte
County has du~.y authorized the issuance of the Butte
County Service Area No. 26 1975 Sewer Bonds, Series
A in the principal amount of $400,000 and furth x`~du1y
authorized the sale o~ said bonds at public sal~ to
the highest bidder therefor; and `
WHEREAS, notice of the saZe of said bonds
has been given and the only bid received for said
bonds was the bid of the United States ot America, Farmers
Home Administration, o~~ering to purchase said bonds at
par without a premium;
NOW, TIiEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED
by the Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, as
follows:
Section 1. Said bid of the United States
of America, Farmers Home Administration for said bonds
is hereby accepte8 and the County C].erk of ~he County
of Butte is hereby authorzzed and ~irected to cause to
be lithographed, printed, engraved or typed bonds of
suitable guality.
• Section 2. This resolution shall take effect
from and after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED February 18, 1975, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Richter, MeKillop and Chairman Ladd
NOES: None
ABSENT: Sugervisor Mad~gan
