BUTTE OF FEDERAL~AID SECONDARY AND STAT~ HIGHWAY MATCHING FUNDS
WHERFAS~ on Eebruary Z8, I975 the Cali~orni.a Department of Transpoztation
forwarded official notice of amounts due Butte County under the Federal~aid
Aighway Ac~s~ i~ accordance with the pxovisions of Sections 2208 and 2210.5
of the Streets and Highways Code, as ~o17.ows:
Federal Aid Secondary Funds $282,224.00 •
State Hwy. Fund money for Matching 100,000.00
WHEItEAS, Section 221.1 of the Stree~s and Highways Gode requires the
County within 60 days of xecei.ving such no~ice to notify the State Highway
Engineer as to what amount•of the apportionment the County wishes to cl.aim
and to agree to provide any County matahing funds as may be necessaxy after
firsC considering the sum made available under Streets & liighways Code Section
2210.5.
NOWT THE1tEFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County of Butte
does hereby notify the State Highway Engineer that the County of Butte claims
the said apportionment and the whole ~hereo£, and that the County of Bu~~Ce
does hereby agree to px'ovide any Coun~y matching funds required xs may be
necessary after first considering ~he sum made available under Streets and
Highways Code Section 22i0.5
